how do I get my cake/cupcakes from you?

i offer pickup in northern Ankeny from my home. i also offer delivery at an additional charge anywhere in the DSM metro!

do you offer gluten free or vegan products?

because all of my baked goods are prepared in my home kitchen, which isn’t a vegan or gluten free kitchen, i typically do not offer those. on special request, i can offer gluten free cakes/cupcakes, but there is always the chance of cross contamination. even though i do my best to sanitize and wash between orders, i like to warn customers that are gluten free that cross contamination is a possibility.

are you a licensed or insured home bakery?

i see that you offer cream cheese frosting, but doesn’t that need to be refrigerated?!

technically speaking, yes. the cream cheese frosting i offer does not contain real cream cheese, but i use a cream cheese inclusion/syrup. so cream cheese, without the cream or cheese?! it tastes pretty damn close to the real deal!
